After our mother passed away, it took us 3 months to sort through personal belongings, clean up and empty her home. We met Gloria Commiso while we were in the midst of renovating the house. We knew right away that Gloria was the right person for us. She was very nice, professional, and compassionate! She had a clear vision of what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Gloria helped us immensely in the final days before the open house; cleaning up the yard, adding flowers for curb appeal, and staging the house. At Gloria's suggestion, our open house was held a week before the 4th of July holiday weekend. We received several good offers from the open house. We accepted the best offer and closed escrow in 3 weeks. Gloria coordinated everything with the buyer, agent, inspection, escrow and title. She was very protective of our needs as they sell and trustee. We were very pleased with the timely, hassle-free results.

We were selling our place in 2011 and buying a new place and did not want to move twice. Things could not have worked out any better. Gloria found a good buyer for our old place and found us our new dream house.
