Gloria believes her job is to not only find a home for a client or sell a property, but it is also to use the utmost care in dealing and operating in good faith. As the principal of the Commiso Real Estate group & as a listing agent, she utilizes an in-depth due diligence process to gather information concerning the neighborhood sales and property condition prior to the sale. Over the past ten years, she has focused heavily on adding value by advising clients in regards to upgrades and improvements.

 

Known for her creative flips and rehabs, she has broken sales records in many areas by coordinating remodels and staging properties to get the highest return in the shortest time period. Her unique approach to transforming properties both inside and outside is what sets her apart! It's also one of the reasons why she created a small team that can assist with specialized skills in project management, transaction management, buyer representation, and design. Using the leverage of the team allows her to focus on her marketing and clients' needs.

 

As a property owner, she has experienced both the buyer and the seller positions in her own life and can identify with the processes for each side. Gloria is a big believer in referrals and she has experienced tremendous success over the past years due to the steady stream of referrals she receives. She truly believes that real estate is all about relationships and guiding clients to the local expert when they relocate out of the area or out of state.

 

Gloria’s professional experience includes twenty years of inside and outside sales experience in both fortune 500 corporations and entrepreneurial cultures. Her education includes a Bachelors's Degree in Political science and a Master's in Behavioral Management with an emphasis in conflict management and negotiations.

 

She has built her real estate career from both current/past clients, investors, and repeat business. Gloria is always focused on representing the client's best interest and places an emphasis on under-promising and over-delivering. So much so that she refuses to act as a Dual agent and will never represent both sides of the transaction.
